This summer, our signature Chinese restaurant Hei Fung Terrace introduces a Dim Sum Afternoon Tea, a unique twist to the traditional British classic. Executive Chinese Chef Dicky To has created a range of both sweet and savoury Chinese specialties, including: Steamed shrimp and bamboo shoot dumpling, Baked abalone pie, Wagyu and tomato dumpling, Mixed seafood spring roll topped with caviar, and Baked mini egg tart. To complement the experience, a selection of authentic Chinese teas will be available for guests to choose from.
Dim Sum Afternoon Tea is available every Sunday afternoon from 3:00pm-5:30pm.
